Downtown Wake Forest Business Photography Walk

David and I took a walk downtown Wake Forest this morning. He took along his professional Canon 5D Mark III and I took my Sony HX50V so that I could capture him doing what he loves.

We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip and Laura Cashwell, owners of "For Old Times Sake Antiques" located on White Street in Wake Forest. I have posted a few photos that I took of their store here on my blog. You can spend hours in there just looking at everything. They have so many Vintage, Antiques and Whatnots you can just go hog wild.

If you have not visited "For Old Times Sake Antiques" please go by and see Phillip and Laura. They are so friendly and have great knowledge of the antiques that they sell.

We also met a very nice artist that works part-time in the bookstore - "The Storyteller's Book Store of Wake Forest". Her name is Anne E. Howard.

David photographed her painting right outside the book store. She has her work on the wall of the book store. Stop by and see one of our local artists. Learn about Anne Howard by reading her bio that follows.

On our walk we also visited the North Carolina General Stores. Maureen Seltzer is a very talented artist that was painting a scene with a turtle. Go by and see her work, its wonderful.

Keep visiting to learn more about our local businesses right her in Wake Forest. More posts are coming soon.
